choose a weird diet,1 with a glowing reputation. There’s the 1st step towards giving up. 1 diet does NOT fit everyone. In comes the limits,restrictions,& force feeding. Measure & weigh foods,count calories,watch the sugar & sodium. You become obsessed with food,cuz you now have a career & its called DIET. You go to the supermarket & buy foods you hate,foods that are boring,foods you wouldn’t buy if you were slender,with a hyper-active metabolism. Gone,for you,is all the foods & drinks you love & crave. You feel deprived,punished,abused. You see the foods you love on television,in videos,in advertisements…everywhere you go,you see the foods you love & crave,but can’t have,cuz you decided not to eat anything comforting,delicious,& filling. With all that torture you add strenuous exercise. OMG that’s insane! All this insanity is where it goes wrong & why we give up & switch to another promising diet. I’ll say it again…learn to eat like slim people. Then you can have your favorite foods & lose weight.
