I’ve quit eating high fiber cereal & am noticing less bloat & swelling. I’m feeling better. I’m drinking less beer,which means less belly bloat. My nasal inhaler has me deep breathing,which helps in losing weight. Deep breathing activates the metabolism,speeds it up. No protein this week,again,reduced bloat & swelling. I continue reading the Jon Gabriel book. Its a godsend. I’m NOT on a diet & don’t plan on being on 1.
Most remarkable is journaling my anxiety & learning all I can about it. Blogging & journaling my feelings & thoughts during anxiety attacks, is easing the attacks & allowing me to come out on the other side stronger & wiser. Again,less belly bloat. I’m not bottling my feelings & thoughts. I am releasing them into my blog & my journal. Writing is a powerful way to cope with anxiety & depression.
