It was after I had switched from the desk top pc to a laptop,that would be my ultra downfall. With the desk top pc & sharing it with my sons,I did a lot of walking each day. That pc is in my youngest son’s bedroom. When I got my laptop I put it on the dining room table…easy access to the kitchen & food. For however long,I shared my laptop with my oldest son. I took up to 7 naps a day. When we stopped sharing the laptop,leaving me the only user of it,my health took a steep decline. I became inactive,only getting up to microwave something to eat,trips to the bathroom,& frequent naps in my bedroom.
