Liquids & condiments don’t count,so load up. Spend 3 days a week pigging out on fat foods,no harm,so long as I diet 4 days a week. The nights are alright for eating junk food,cuz at night calories don’t matter. Booze is liquid,so guzzle all night. Don’t need water,I’ve got beer & sodas. Anxiety attacks & tangles with depression are valid reasons to eat high fat comfort foods. Watching funny vids works out my belly,no other exercise needed. All I need is diet pills…my freedom to eat all the fat foods I want. Can’t stand,can’t walk,can’t exercise. No room for my exercise stepper. Lost my dumbells. No wonder I can’t lose weight. Hell,even my thoughts are fat. I am a silly goose.
