I never sleep that long. I’m always up by 7 in the morning. I dreaded getting up,due to the struggle & pain of standing up. My belly is HUGE,HEAVY,& sags terribly. I’d say my belly is 100 pounds of my weight. Its a nightmare lugging the thing around all day & evening,until I go to bed. Its a tremendous load on my lower back,hips,& knees. It intensifies my COPD. Any fat I eat goes into my belly. I don’t eat a lot,but my belly is growing rapidly & sagging like crazy.
